You do not have to diminish the dollar to restore America to the lead of the world economy. JUST CUT THE CORPORATE INCOME TAX AND THE CAPITAL GAINS TAX. Investment would flow into the US overnight. New productive industrries would find it cheaper to create here than overseas.
The liberals have us believing our tax rate is too low when the opposite is true.
To rebuild America take the chains of taxes and regulations off industry so it once again becomes profitable to engage in business and industry in America.
