The constitution does not cover this kind of willful conspiracy. Therfore we would have to have an interim government, without the president or his advisors, and appointees. This would consist of an appointed Chief of the executive branch, appointed by a joint session of Congress and the Supreme COurt, and a skeleton crew of cabinet officers approved by the same joint session. An election date would be set, about 18 months down the road to allow for a campaign.

I suggest reading the 25th Amendment again. (If you still believe in the law), the Presidential line of succession there is very clear.
Even if you could charge individuals with an association with a criminal conspiracy, you would have to "convict" them before they could be forcibly removed from office. Different offices are subject to oversight from different jurisdictions ("Quo Warranto" at the DC court, Impeachment at Congress, etc).

No, it doesn't mean her first passport was issued when she was a pregnant teen. It MIGHT mean that, or she could have had a passport much earlier, as a child, and it expired, and only at that time did she ever renew it. If you aren't traveling internationally, there is nothing wrong with letting your passport expire, even for years. No one is required to own a passport.

And he is now our President.
It could be a shortened, contracted form of the name that would be used in Indonesia: the "Soe" could be derived from the family name "Soetoro" and the "barkah" a form Barack.
