No Biden would be President, Constitutionally the election of the Vice President is an election for a separate office.
Parties and tickets have no Constitutional standing.
Electors could if they wanted to could elect the opposition's presidential candidate, the opposition's vice presidential candidate, or their barber for President & Vice-President! Of course they might have to answer to state “faithless elector laws”.

Phil Berg warned before the election that if Barry got elected as a non NBC it would create such a Constitutional crisis and proportion that has NEVER been seen in the nations history and would create an unbelievable chaos!!!
