Why Obama Is So Worried About Arizona's New Immigration Law
Feed Your ADHD ^ | 4/25/2010 | Snarky Basterd

"Fairness" is just a smoke and mirrors reason for why Obama ordered his Gestapo czar, Eric Holder, to have the DOJ investigate Arizona's new immigration law, especially since Zero thinks it's "unfair" for illegals to have to show ID but not at all unfair to require us natural-born citizens to carry a biometric national ID card.

Obama's real reason?

That’s not how the majority feels.

Largely uneducated, in some cases not even literate (Call it racist all you want, it’s true), these folks are like cattle and they are herded along. Most see a form of solidarity with others of the same ethnicity, and there is a reason why they run around with Mexican flags in the US. Think of this, many from Puerto Rico (A US territory getting massive US aide) don’t even feel any sense of loyalty or relationship with the US.

The Democrats promise amnesty and government cheese for them, so like in ancient times where we had bread and games while living in poverty and disease, these people feel appeased and loyal to a party that essentially cuts the throat of those Hispanics that are here legally. Think about it, if I’m a Latino and working construction or food service, what happens when thousands flood the job market? But again, think about the level of education and where the loyalties lie for may of them. All they see is someone helping what they see as their own and promising them more government entitlements.

I hope 37 other States do the same thing before the 2010 elections. This will scare the Dems to the core.

“How much has Barky spent on dodging the question ?”

Not one dime, but his puppet masters are spending plenty.
For the Marxist revolution, it is chump change to cover for Barky.

Thanks to our legal immigration policies, the demographics of this country have been changed forever and will eventually lead to the Dems being the permanent majority party. It is happening right now.

"His REAL reason: He has to show his birth certificate to be on the AZ ballot.

LOL. There is also a secondary reason. He could be
arrested if he comes here.

Yes. You’ve missed something. Governor Brewer signed it Friday.

Kenyan Proverbs that Obummer knows only too well:

When a scorpion stings without mercy, you kill it without mercy.

A man does not rub backs with porcupines.

Rooster, do not be so proud; Your mother was only an eggshell.

The canoe must be paddled on both sides.

He's afraid Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer will have him arrested and deported the next time he pays the state a visit.

Lucky Arizona won't have to have him soiling their state. Come on, Texas, let's have the same ruling here.

....threaten to undermine basic notions of fairness that we cherish as Americans....”

That fairness is only extended to illegal aliens, moochers, teachers screaming “Where's the money”, people living off the government, elitist who get gov. perks in a recession, muslims, thieves and crooks in the banking business and losers in general. The rest of us, according to this administration, are out of luck. The only things they want from us is silence and our money.

Bingo!

And I spent about an hour doing the following;

Doing a cross section study of a)states with significant chunks of electoral delegates to the Electoral college; b) states that have relatively easily public referendum and initiative systems; and c) states that came close between Obama and McCain in 2008.

If there are enough pieces of legislation in these border line Blue States, or referendum, which allow the electors only to be certified if to whom they are pledged can prove his US citizen, we have time between now and 2012 to keep Obama off of enough states where electoral votes would be needed for him to reach over the 270 total need to elect him as president. It would take about six key states is how I figured it. This needs to be a national campaign NOW, led by Conservative Activists, legislators, talk show hosts etc., in each of these states to get these either ballot qualfied, or passed by their legislatures and signed by their governors. This is what Obama fears the most, and this will also cause Hilary Clinton to resign the SoS and run for president in 2012, or at least challenge him.

Sharpton to challenge Arizona immigration bill

The Rev. Al Sharpton says he will challenge Arizona’s new immigration bill in court and on the streets.

Sharpton is joining Lillian Rodriguez Lopez from the Hispanic Federation to announce a legal challenge to the bill. They say activists are also prepared to commit civil disobedience to fight the Arizona immigration bill.

We’re Not Welcome Here: Native Arizonan Perspective on the Immigration Bill

by MHahn

I am not welcome here in Arizona.
Or rather, my husband isn’t – and our future children won’t be either. You see, Mike is half-Korean. Why is this a problem, you ask? Because as of this afternoon in Arizona, any law enforcement has the right, and indeed the obligation, to demand proof of citizenship or legal immigration status from anyone that they suspect of being in the state illegally.

But why should this matter? Mike is not Hispanic, after all – which is the group that the “toughest immigration bill in the country” was attempting to reign in. The problem is the question of what constitutes an officer’s “suspicion.” Without probable cause – such as actually committing a crime for which he could be arrested regardless of race- there is nothing to go on besides of the color of his skin.

I am not a legal expert and didn't even stay at a Holiday Inn last night- but I did listen while some LEOs were discussing this new law. They claim the words "reasonable suspicion" are being taken out of context. According to them it is used as a legal term- much like "probable cause" and does not mean LEO can simply stop and question anyone they feel the urge to. Their take is if they do stop someone to determine citizenship they will have to be able to defend their reasons in court and simply saying someone looked like an illegal or whatever is not going be valid. Reasonable suspicion will not be whatever the individual LEO thinks is reasonable- it will have to stand up to scrutiny. Their idea is that determining citizenship will be part of other dealings with people- not the sole reason. If someone is stopped and has no license- registration- no ID, then amongst the other issues they will also determine citizenship.

I think the excuses are silly- but then those that support ILLEGALS have to twist and turn things because it is hard for them to say straight out that they fully support something that is illegal. That is why they change all the terms- call them immigrants, undocumented workers, anything other than what they are. Illegals used to be called illegal alien- and everyone knew what that meant. Then they started calling them migrants- because immigrants were legal. To cloud the issue further they now call them immigrants to lump them in with legal immigrants. Just smoke and mirrors.

It won’t work. Any hispanics who are here legally (especially for generations) despise illegals.

Someone made a mention (especially if you have a driver’s license, anyhow) is if pulled over and ...”I forgot my i.d. at home” all you have to do is give your birthdate and name and they can look it up in the computer. Same way that I got pulled over for driving around looking for my dog for hours (neighbors had called about a suspicious vehicle) and without asking for my license, the officer was able to pull up my information via my license plate. Quite simple.
