Yep. So if he refused to obey the order of his superior officer he stands a chance of losing everything he worked for. He will likely be tried and court martialed, convicted and sentenced for disobeying the order of a Colonel or a General, And there is no chance that Obama or his qualifications will ever enter into it.
That appears to be impossible.
He's bound to find out that the military takes a dim view of soldiers who decide for themselves what orders are lawful and what are not. Just ask Michael New and Ehren Watada.
Different situation here. There seems to be legions in the military who believe Obama is an usurper. It so happens a few of them are willing to take on Obama.
We need to post this story everywhere and make it go viral.
As he states in the video, he is refusing to deploy, believing that doing so would be equal to obeying an unlawful order — until Obama proves he is eligible to serve as CINC.

No doubt the government will try to limit the case to a simple disobeying of the order without qualification while the defense with do its up most to bring the reason why the up in court.
Here is something else for you After-Birthers to chew on. If this LTC is unsuccessful in a military court, he will have STANDING in a civil suit against Obama and the Army for wrongful termination of his Army career.

Violations of Article 87, Article 90, and Article 92 right off the bat. You have to realize that there are so many layers between this officer and Obama that he can be charged and tried from now to next Christmas and Obama will never enter into it. Trials, even court martials, are not fishing expeditions. Just because he wants to subpoena Obama or his birth certificate part of his defense doesn't mean the judge will let him. He will be charged with disobeying Colonel Jones or General Smith and not Obama. He will be allowed to collect evidence to respond to those charges only. He'll sound good and go down in flames and nothing will change.
See what happen? Obama in court? Ain't gonna happen in this case.

And what do you do when an entire units go on strike, companies and then a Brigade refuse their orders?
Serve a writ on a Bradley, or sue an Abrams perhaps?
