It doesn't mean he won't. And if the court does what you want, it won't look good for Obama when he refuses to voluntarily show his real birth certificate to the court. All that will do will open up a new can of worms by letting this LTC go down. It will cause this issue to get more and more momentum against Obama.

Legally speaking, the authority of any commissioned officer derives exclusively from the president. I don't know if the manual is still current but looking through the FM 22-100 (Army Leadership) from my era, Appendix A-2 states:
"A-2. Commissioned officers are direct representatives of the President of the United States. Commissions are legal instruments the president uses to appoint and exercise direct control over qualified people to act as his legal agents and help him carry out his duties. The Army retains this direct-agent relationship with the president through its commissioned officers."

Great question, one I might think he is just fed up but then I wonder why he is specific to the certificate when there is much more to the story such as school records and passport, not to mention his fathers citizenship which locks him in as a Brit. So I do wonder if there is a bit of a game going on. How could not a great counterfeit story and paper(certificate) been made by now? Then this card played to shut people up without releasing the rest of the story.

This one point blows away the opposition, and renders the thousands of hours spent on this website by anti-eligibility trolls a complete waste of time.
I posted this story over at Sean Hannitys site forum. They are attacking him viciously over there. They are wanting him at Levenworth locked up. One guy is twisting the story saying he is refusing to treat the soldiers in Afghanistan thus putting them in harms way. I could go on and on but he is being demonized badly.
