Unfortunately that is exactly what they have ruled in the previous cases that have been before the court already. NO one has standing!!!!!
He has requested a court-martial, his right as an Officer.
He may have welcomed the court martial but I don't think he had to request it. It doesn't sound like the Army dragged its feet at all.
Only the opposing candidate has standing so far. And McCain was such a wuss he didn’t challenge Obama’s standing.

This guy can get the records of an opponent in Illinois unsealed but we can’t see his Travel records and under what nation he claimed to be a citizen, in terms of passport.
We can’t see his college transcripts, so we may sit in awe of his omnipotence?
We can’t see his kindergarten records but we can find the records of his classmates?
We can’t see his admission records, why he was admitted, what nationality he claimed for admissions and how he financed it?

EXCELLENT SUMMARY
When the courts will not give standing to citizens vs their elected officials or President; all we have left is Civil Disobedience, a move Obama’s ilk are very familiar with.
Another candidate, Alan Keynes (spelling?), DID file as a loser to Obama in the Presidential race; and was IIRC found to not have standing!
Anyone have the facts on that case?
I don’t know this but I think that the courts limit standing to a candidate with a chance of winning!
So far with some 3 or 4 cases brought before it, the Supremes have limited ‘standing’ to none of the above.....
The Court had the opportunity by cases then before it, to demand the evidence of Elegibility well before the Presidential Elections... They ran like headless chickens.
