Violations of Article 87, Article 90, and Article 92 right off the bat. You have to realize that there are so many layers between this officer and Obama that he can be charged and tried from now to next Christmas and Obama will never enter into it. Trials, even court martials, are not fishing expeditions. Just because he wants to subpoena Obama or his birth certificate part of his defense doesn't mean the judge will let him. He will be charged with disobeying Colonel Jones or General Smith and not Obama. He will be allowed to collect evidence to respond to those charges only. He'll sound good and go down in flames and nothing will change.
It doesn't mean he won't. And if the court does what you want, it won't look good for Obama when he refuses to voluntarily show his real birth certificate to the court. All that will do will open up a new can of worms by letting this LTC go down. It will cause this issue to get more and more momentum against Obama.
