Is he disobeying the orders of his superiors or only those that come from Obama directly? Is he advocating disobeying all orders? Some orders? So far he's just talking to the press.

Seriously, there've been several officers who have joined Birther lawsuits and none of them have gone anywhere. Neither will this.
But news of this will spread throughout the officer corps. If an active General follows the same path, Obama is going to sink.

I would suspect he would choose an order that comes from the Pentagon through the Secretary of Defense, but how he goes about this is between the defense team and him. I wouldn't tell you just to give you a tip...and it would be for good reason.
Its not a lawsuit, its a court martial of an active officer.

Well wake me when he gets around to it. He's bound to find out that the military takes a dim view of soldiers who decide for themselves what orders are lawful and what are not. Just ask Michael New and Ehren Watada.
It appears the NBC question of eligibility is going up the chain of command. The next step is General. At some point this will reach critical mass and the proverbial SWHTF!
