He believes those in the chain of command between him and the (in apparently his view) usurper...illegal POTUS have not addressed his attempts over the last year to get the question of his eligibility answered.

I never said or even implied that Cook didn’t intend to deploy. I said he orchestrated his deployment in order t question the orders for his political agenda.

Not necessarily. I just meant that his being a Lt. Col. is not really any big deal. Generals are a big deal, Colonels somewhat big, but most every officer who stays for 20+ makes Lt. Col. Even more true of Medical types. A high school classmate of mine retired after just over 20 as a full Colonel. It helps that they start as Captains, kinda sorta. They've changed the way that works for those going to a military medical school. One of the pictures of Maj (Dr.) Hassan is as an 1st Lt. while he was in med school.

This is also incorrect.

he originally signed up for the assignment in October or there abouts, but had to pull the plug himself due to medical conditions. He then reapplied for the orders once his condition was resolved - in May if I’m not mistaken.

The signing on board with Orly Taitz in February was really nothing more than a “ me too” thing.

When his intent to file finally became clear to him was in early July - after thinking about the legality of the Chain of command and the Nuremburg principles in combat. i.e. following illegal orders.
