Does he have reason to believe his commanding officer, that person's commanding officer, the Chief of Staff of the Army and the Chairman of the Joint Chief's of Staff are illegal? If not then failure to obey their orders is a court martial offense.

He believes those in the chain of command between him and the (in apparently his view) usurper...illegal POTUS have not addressed his attempts over the last year to get the question of his eligibility answered.
If he believes he would be following illegal orders, are you suggesting he should follow them anyway?
