he originally signed up for the assignment in October or there abouts, but had to pull the plug himself due to medical conditions. He then reapplied for the orders once his condition was resolved - in May if I’m not mistaken.
The signing on board with Orly Taitz in February was really nothing more than a “ me too” thing.
When his intent to file finally became clear to him was in early July - after thinking about the legality of the Chain of command and the Nuremburg principles in combat. i.e. following illegal orders.
