I have tasted the ant eggs out of politeness and they are not vomit inducing but I won't repeat. You might add duck eggs soaked in horse urine to your list. Shrimp paste is up there when eaten alone but ok as one of many ingredients in curry. Durien fruit, for me, would be on the list although many people love it. Andrew Zimmerman couldn't handle Durien btw.

Good luck but I'm afraid my stomach would allow me to watch. Just thinking about shrimp past get my guts in an uproar.

I had a durien fruit shake at a Vietnamese restaurant once. I won't have a durien fruit shake ever again. It smelled like ass.
