Just tries to start arguments about business with our HOA (I was on the board).
He would do it only when he was getting home, off his shift and saw me getting home from the office, so no real chance to record anything.
I am not litigious and would not go that route unless he ramped up the situation and tried to start doing things to my family or me but he is not that stupid.
After my neighbor complained, even though it was "blown off" by the powers-that-be he stopped his antics. Must have been told to cease by a superior.
