The leftists are running the internet, it seems.
I just concluded a very interesting experience with a lawyer who practices immigration law in the building. I asked her a bunch of questions, each of which might or might not be relevant to the BHO BC issues at hand. Overwhelmingly she answered the questions in ways that ranged from sympathetic to a DOWNRIGHT SLAM DUNK!!!!!
After our conversation, I told her that many of the points behind my questions to her were assumptions gained from the posts here and other sites concerned witht the constitutional underpinnings of our democracy insofar as it relates to our chief executive (put another way, our president’s qualifications to hold office). She suddenly had to run out of the office. VERY FUNNY BECAUSE I LOOKED AT HER CALENDAR AND SHE HAD NOTHING ON IT. I expect that she simply decided to run away from the issue. Hmmm. Does that remind you of anyone else’s running from the issue?
Point made. Case closed. (And immigration lawyer cornered.)
OK I stand corrected...
Did Mombasa have this technology ???
Did they use it for officail documents ???
I think StanleY Ann would have needed a clear doc to show the judge...
Why would the fact that there was such technology abate the possiblity that the document was just typed ???

Wow, that’s a high number of visitors. Seems like a lot of people are following this, out of a sense of curiousity, or a genuine concern for our Constitution.
When I find my notes, I need to share the story about the “missing page” from the 1964 Obama divorce.
I’m wondering if there’s an Exhibit B that was pulled from the divorce records ...
Well, I don’t think there is any doubt if both parents were US Citizens regardless of where he was born. In MY interpretation of the NBC clause and the founding father’s intent, he would need to be born under the authority of no other country (not just denounce it) and subject to LAWS of another nation. The surefire way for that to happen is to be born of 2 US citizens.
Now whether that legally is the issue, I don’t know because from I’ve (not) found, it’s never really been tested. And frankly it is an issue that should have been dealt with back in 2007/2008. But people were just rabidly pro-Obama and common sense went right out the window.

Since the truth is often stranger than fiction, I can only pray that this document is real.
Funny you should say that ...
Most government documents in NZ and Australia are also registered in the UK
I could get the same docs from London for myself and my family and they never went near England
The Archives are better in the UK than in the original countries..
Bad try Noob...
No lollypop...
I still remember smelling those “dittos” hot off the ditto machine in the late 70’s early 80’s. Just like the scene from the movie “Fast times at Ridgemont High”.
Xerox and HP printers just don’t smell the same.
“I’ll bet Comrade 0bama will be having a couple packs o’ cigarettes with HIS coffee! LOL”

Who knows what he might be smokin’ by now?
The doc was probably clearer 45 years ago. I am old enough to remember typing on manual typewriters with carbon sets.
I never changed the ribbon unless I couldn’t read it anymore(lol).
There is nothing wrong with the presentation of the document relative to type appearance.
My guess is they just simply typed the information off the BC for the certified copy each time one is needed.
John
I believe just before Kenya became a Republic records were in fact taken to England.
Has anyone considered whether the type came from an electric or a manual typewriter? And did the typestyle match that currently in use by Kenyan government agencies? Also, what copy did Orly Taitz attach to her filing in Court? Was it simply a picture of the birth certificate that we all have seen?
There are many questions associated with this (copy?) of the document that need to be answered. I, for one, want answers NOW. You can call me impatient, but that is just too bad for you.
Call someone impatient for good government? Call someone impatient for honesty? Call someone impatient for the truth?
Well then you can call me each of those.
I'm trying to find a lengthy post (around 3 pages, as I recall) with multiple supporting links, and I believe it is in this thread somewhere. It is purported to be an investigators account of looking into this BC situation. I remember it cited 4 possibile ways a person can get a COLB in Hawaii. It is an EXCELLENT logical account of why this is a very real and valid concern.
If you know the location please respond. Thanks
Yes I did hear it. Everyone knows he pulled the biggest con job on America - the RINO’s are too week, the libs are too corrupt and the few that have taken a stance are being maligned. It’s all so amazing.
He has no allegiance to the USA and every action of his so far have been against the USA. Jobs for his $$supporters while he commands the firing of a military officer fired from his private job for questioning his eligibility!
What right age? E.L. could have been 20 or 70 back in ‘61. No one knows if he’s a real person much less his age. While it’s interesting there is a Lavender who is sometimes in Africa, that doesn’t mean it’s him or a relative. Africa is a really big place.
I found another reference to your Eric and posted this morning up the thread. He was still working with the ministry and was a member of the board for their schools in various locations around Africa. It also stated he was from the UK which to me means he lives in the UK but travels to Africa to handle school business.
I also posted a list of older UK males with an E-whatever as a first name and last name Lavender I found on a phone number site.

Nothing like the smell of Xerox copies early in the AM lol.
I was too young to work with Ditto’s although I remember taking tests in elementary school ran off of the Ditto machine.
