You have to go with what you have. This certainly ought to be enough to get the letters rogatory that she is asking for to authenticate the information.

In Hawaii, you could file for a birth certificate “Late” even if born elsewhere as long as you can show you were a resident of Hawaii for 12 months prior to the birth.

Why was it signed by the official in 1964?

It looks to me as if the date is 1984, although it's hard to tell. My guess would be that someone applied for a copy of the birth record in 1964 or 1984, and this is what they received. Here's what I'm reading on the document:

I (name illegible), Deputy Registrar of Births, Deaths, and Marriages for the Coast Province of Kenya, do hereby certify that the above is a true copy of the entry recorded in the Birth Register of this Province, Book [46?], Page [67??]. Given under my Hand and Seal of Office this 17th day of February, 1984.

But if this is genuine, then all one would have to do is examine the Birth Register of the province in question, Book 46?, Page 67?? and the record will be there. That, I think, is what they're asking the court to do.

WOW...when I went to sleep last night...it was just a quiet Saturday night. Wake up...check Drudge, quick (ha!) look at FR...and RutRuh...alot of reading to catch up on...but the Readers’ Digest condensed version, (from reading the first 200 or so posts) is that Dr. Taitz has possession of the BO Kenyan BC!!! And possibly Hillary does as well???

Any updates or info on authentications of the Kenyan BC??? I wondered why the BC issue went ‘mainstream’ so fast. And why so many drive bys kept it there. Like a chess game, did the powers that be ‘know’ this was coming out???
