Attorney Taitz filed a NOTICE OF MOTION AND MOTION to Expedite authentication, MOTION for Issuance of Letters Rogatory for authenticity of Kenyan birth certificate filed by Plaintiff Alan Keyes PhD.

That 2006 trip by Obama as a senator to Kenya was foreplanning on his part for his presidential run. He did it to get his friend Odinga to lock down his records in Kenya. For $1M and some illegal foreign campaigning for Odinga, who was opposing the U.S. backed candidate, he was able get Odinga to airbrush his Kenyan past. However, because of the way things operate in third world countries, it may not have been as successful as Obama thought it would be. Also, when Odinga lost and fomented civil unrest, killing Christians and generally ransacking the country, Obama got a little concerned that the thug he conspired with was too radical and it might cause damage to his prospects. He then had to intercede again to simmer down his out of control accomplice by forcing the winner to share power with Odinga. This is a real example of Chicago thuggery at work and the heavy price paid in peoples’ lives just so Obama can continue his charade on America.

REMEMBER ALINSKY’S ‘RULES FOR RADICALS:
Rule 5: Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon. It’s hard to counterattack ridicule, and it infuriates the opposition, which then reacts to your advantage.
Rule 8: Keep the pressure on. Use different tactics and actions and use all events of the period for your purpose. “The major premise for tactics is the development of operations that will maintain a constant pressure upon the opposition. It is this that will cause the opposition to react to your advantage.”
Rule 11: Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, polarize it. Don’t try to attack abstract corporations or bureaucracies. Identify a responsible individual. Ignore attempts to shift or spread the blame.

There are many lawyers and armchair quarterbacks out there who do nothing but sit around and bloviatate, tell us what great lawyers they are, what SHOULD be done- and attack Dr. Orly Taitz. If they are so great, why don’t they get out there and DO something? Where are their clients? Where are their lawsuits?
They condemn Dr. Orly for refusing other lawyer’s help. They laugh at her and ridicule her for her ‘mistakes’. Is it any wonder she refuses their help?
And maybe, just maybe, she doesn’t want another attorney in on her work because she fears him hogging the glory when the usuper is brought down- as the egocentric, bloviating Leo Denofrio would surely do. I don’t blame her one bit on this!
Dr. Orly has put her life’s blood into this fight. SHE HAS MADE DEFENDING THE CONSTITUTION AND THE AMERICAN WAY OF LIFE A PERSONAL AMBITION, IN THE ABSENCE OF ANY CONSTITUTION LEADERSHIP FROM COWARDLY REPUBLICANS AND THE SCOTUS.
Dr. Orly is the ONLY one out there in the trenches EVERY day hitting Obama on multiple fronts and trying to bring him down. It is reported that she is more than $8,000 in debt from using her own funds for expenses in her flights across the U.S for interviews, speeches, serving papers and meeting with officials.
She has even gone to Isreal and Russia to spread the message about Obama’s inelgibility!

Sure, Dr. Orly makes mistakes. We all do. But Dr. Orly is no dummy. How many of us could go to a foreign country, learn 5 languages, establish a successful dental practice, a successful real estate business AND pass the California state bar- one of the hardest in the U.S. to pass?
She may be a ‘mail order’ attorney and not a Harvard lawyer, but she IS an attorney with all the rights and privilages of a Harvard lawyer nevertheless!
The point is; she has the passion, the zeal, the courage of her convictions and the love of America and its freedoms (unlike many of our ‘great’ attorneys and ‘patriots’ who criticize her) that will not let her give up!
She is exhausted. She is nervous. She is frustrated. It is reported that she gets by on 4-5 hours of sleep per night, and her family is very worried about her health- as well as her safety.
She makes mistakes. But she will NOT give up. She will keep on until she gets it right.
So let’s get behind this great little Russian refugee and great American patriot.
Stop tearing her apart. The Obots don’t need our help.

Part of the discussion that was conjecture concerned why the document existed. Given the date and how it coincided with Ann Dunham Obama’s filing for divorce from B. Obama Sr. and Obama Sr.’s non-response to the divorce papers, it was rationally theorized that what is in essence a Kenyan COLB was requested and issued for that court proceeding.
Now, finally to the question.... Why would Ann go to the trouble of getting the birth document from Kenya when she could have gotten a COLB from Hawaii?
Possible answers I thought of:
1. She did not know the birth had been registered in Hawaii because her mother did it and neglected to tell Anne.
2. The court wouldn't accept it. (Why wouldn't they?)
3. The birth information in Hawaii was not there at the time of the court proceeding and was done right after the divorce because the divorce highlighted the need to have it there or it was done just before Obama got into politics. The newspaper announcements have no bearing as they could have been cooked up with the rest of it. (Where there's a will [and money], there's a way.)
4. The Orly document was not issued, despite the perfectly matched date, because Ann or anyone else needed it for divorce court.
5. It was issued relative to the divorce but for someone other than Ann.

Personally I think burning the Church was just part of Obama’s message to the missionaries to keep their knowledge to themselves or they’d be next.
1. It may not have been her mother who registered the birth. Rather the hospital notifying the AMerican Embassy. THe Embassy wiring the State of HI....THis would also explain notice in the paper as well. It would explain where they obtained the address, which Polk Directory said was the home of her parents at the time...An address to send the registration.
2. Don’t think they would deny a legitamately registered BC.
3. Possibly not registered in HI till this time. BUt grammy could have put the information in the news as many do.
4. ???
5. If he had contested the divorce or asked for visitation I’d say yes, but under the circumstances NO.

Perhaps we will hear more on the Kenyan birth certificate. I respect and indeed read carefully the ideas and views of all here.
I would just love to have the truth on the President's birth. I would be relieved if he was born in the USA, then it would be on to the other vital areas of his elegibility.

A telling question indeed. Family histories including my own are my hobby. Especially the famous and infamous. One of those rare birds who is fascinated by memorials in cemeteries. A few shots in the dark.
(1). For some reason, he was not registered at all in that archive. Charlie Chaplin was never registered, his half brother was though. This in London, England.
(2). The racial origin of his father was given as Arabic.
(3)He was born in Canada.
Who are your his and he? Charlie, his brother, or Obama?
If I was not clear. Charlie Chaplin and his half brother are the ones referred to. Now that brings us to the President and his various half siblings. It would be ironic if there is a parallel. Still, this I don't know. The President has- to use an old country expression:

Are the archieves accessable from libraies in England or must one go to the actual government source ( I thinkit’s near Oxford)? Just wondering because Orly recently visited London.
I had visited St Catherines House in London over fifty times. They have moved it to more spacious accommodation since. There are large volumes in each section. Births, Marriages and Deaths. Divided into sub groups of lettering like A-H etc. A fee was about 11 dollars US for each certificate. One filled in a form and 48 hours later the reception desk area would have the certificate. Often the original entry was photo-copied, or for some reason, a modern day clerk had typed up the information.
I do not know about the libraries, but good old private enterprise has locked into that system. The archives themselves are on line. For those that want another source, I note there are various groups on- line.
Trouble is that it is for a fee. There is also a section for births as sea and births abroad for citizens of the United Kingdom. Well, old Barack Obama Sr, was a British citizen at birth in 1937. Kenya was then a republic in 1961. I have yet to identify his status in 1961. For the Kenyans, lost 4000 tribesmen, cut down by professional soldiers of the British Army, in the 1950's, Britain was toast eventually.
All of this is a veritable minefield, when and if, we know the true status of the president.
Kenya was not yet a Republic in 1961, according to sources quoted here. It was still a British Protectorate in 1961, I believe. Kenya attained Republican status in 1963-1964.
So, does that mean that Papa Obama Sr. would have registered the birth of his son with BRITAIN and his registration may be in London to this day? Or, would he have left all that registration business to Stanley Ann, since he didn’t seem much interested in his son (or fatherhood) at all?
Would his previous children’s registrations be recorded in London? (Those by Kezia, wife #1.)

If not then I have been misled by the "birth certificate" that showed the coat of arms at the head of that document. I went to Ancestry.ca which I subscribe to. In Births, Marriages and Deaths 1915 to the present date, there was no reading for Barack Obama. To test out the numerous entries for Obama is for later.
Happily one known Obama is shown. She is Auma Obama married to Ian Manners 1996 at Bracknell, Berkshire. This is already known and the certificate number is presented. Looking for the overall record of Barack Obama, the first entry under the whole range of Ancestry.ca, we find- which is already common knowledge this:
Barack Hussein Obama.
365 Broadway
Somerville, Massachusetts.
1988.
Of course this tells us but little. I note many entries for other names Obama, including border crossing entries. I am going to take a break for the afternoon, to trot down to the local public library. This for things birth wise in Canada.

I’m not sure which document you are referencing with the coat of arms. We have so many now. The Republic date to which I refer was documented numerous times on this loooooooong thread. Kenya became an actual independent Republic in 1964, but they started using letterhead and news accounts started referring to Kenya as a Republic in the latter part of 1963. Actual Independance occurred in Jan. 1964.
