Well it was three stoned teenagers in a car that ran off the road into a lake. I came by just as the car went under. I dove in found the car and got them out one by one. By the time I brought the first one up from 10 -15 feet other people were diving in so I handed them off and went back down till all three were out. I was one tired puppy.

I will contact my nearest non-governmental organization in hopes the United Nations will get involved in these nefarious practices.

I am aware the City of Perth has detention centers located in WW II air hangers. Presumably those should be looked into first. If in the area, I hope you volunteer and report back your findings to the appropriate authorities.
