Willamina appears to be somewhere in between Portland and Salem Oregon, so that is just a few hundred of so miles from me here....

A golf course owner in Houston was having some trouble with an invoice so he called in his assistant.
You're a graduate of Texas A&M: I need some help here.
If I were to give you $20,000, less 14%, how much would you take off?
She thought a while and said, "Everything but my earrings."

I have no idea what it takes for the Appalachia crowd here in New York.
A couple of beers and their cousins, I guess.
As for the anti-war resolution, they have an unreal sense of no-one else mattering but them.

I thought it is the official sandwich of Chicago...beef on a weck roll, dipped in jus.
To: lodwick
She ain't cheap!! LOL
To: habs4ever
Well, I am from Chicago, but I have never heard that, tho, the more I think on it, the more familiar it sounds...but it for sure is just about the official sandwich of Chicago..we like all that au jus, to make our bread soggy...out of towners often complain about the bread, how soggy it can get, while dipped in the aujus, but we love it that way...

My husband and I were always a constant source of amusement to our boys....
Andy still finds me and BigDom a constant source of amusement....the older we get, the more he laughs...

The last one I had was sort of like this.
I slid it off a road under repair in Yukon Terr. Canada...It ended up sitting in a big mud puddle at about a 45°angle...No phones, civilization or wreckers around for miles...Ended up getting pulled out by a road grader, with no guarntee. It was that or sit there for Lord knows how long.....Didn't hurt it, only made it dirtier..lol..
On the gray water tank in Baja....Got it repaired at a boat repair yard...No RV repair places down there, or in the Yukon....
Hey, it adventure after all....lol
.......Westy....

Sounds like you have had some great adventures....I am sure that BigDom and I will probably encounter some of the same sort of adventures...ah, but we will be 'aging', have no special place to have to be at, so will just enjoy whatever comes our way, good or bad...
To: andysandmikesmom
Youth will always find amusement at our expense.
Laura found hours of entertainment at my expense.
And likewise when she did something funny.

The Tioga was too big for my type of RVing...Couldn't even get it up to a place like San Javier, BCS. over a maintained road..Would have torn the whole botton off her trying to get across the arroyos....

Going with the flow, is indeed the way to go...if one does worry too much, you are so correct, ulcers, heart attacks, strokes, something nasty will get you....
To: lodwick
