Sounds like new memory loaded puters should be in both your futures. It was really nice to hear from her and good to know that the RV thingie will work for them and the Dizster.

Thanks for the report on Mom, Loddy. I've missed her. Hopefully she'll be back online in time for us to read about her holiday decorating adventures.

And in other news. Jackson's nose took over a convenience store and demanded cash and a car to Tijauana.
After a tense stand-off, it was subdued, but not before post nasally dripping on several officers and some unfortunate fans who were there for an autograph.
Yellow, crew. Heard we have one of the crew on a return trip?
And no, I didn't really vote for AlGone. That was a take-off on that stupid Volvo commercial where the idiot says that he waited for the car to stop.

Good job Darks - funny stuff, thanks.
But not as funny as this whackjob. ;-)

Loddy, I have my clock up.. Now I can see the time..the temp and the humidity..lol. Oh, by the way, I have 120 mgs of memory.. That doesn't seem to be the problem with me.. I think my C-drive is "all ate up."

The clock looks super there - good job Al!
128megs is not enough imo - get two more sticks of 128 each and tell ask Al to jam them into your machine - stand back and be amazed.
All your pics and digital camera stuff are memory HOGS!
Do I need to get on back to Floriduh? ;-)

Lod.. I took this baby thru pitstop twice and they said memory and gigs were fine.. It was my C-disk that was bad.. Anyway I have a new Dell on the way..so I will flounder underwater with this one until then.. ;) Hell it's almost four years old after all.. What makes me mad is all the money I put into it last year.. Shut it down and now this.. I shut it down the way they told me too.. Everything unhooked even the monitor..
My son offered to come down and fix it for a ticket.. Do I have to send you one too? lol

If the C-drive goes tits up, then that's that. Tragically.
That's what happened to this one, but when the local shop installed a new drive and another 256megs of memory - it has suddenly become INVINCIBLE, I hope.
Best wishes, thoughts, prayers, burning candles as I type, on the new beast - may it rock and roll for a long time.
Good job checking in with pcpitstop - huge atta girl there.
Off to the tilapia and Mrs.L's chicken mignon. Laters
