if only we knew when you were arrested for hallsex
that would help
somehow I think this took place before your hallsex scandal
cause back then we believed you when you posted to tk ''I am not that kind of girl!!!''
To: grannie9; christine11; palo verde
That hall sex episode was the funniest thing I ever read.
When we first arrived, we really didn't know each other that well because we were prohibited from speaking to each other for so long. It took us awhile to figure out who our friends truly are.

Ok, I'm off of here to hit the showers and practice my Miss America smile before the MIL arrives. I'll be back to have coffee with you all in the morning, if I survive....

hi habs
thanks for your post
the hardest thing in that post election time was fear
I read a post on Lcom which did it for me
I realized we would get bush in and I got the fear off
after that my biggest goal was to get the fear off for others
but it was hard going, cause their fear was contagious to me too
lol it was intense rofl rofl
very nice girl there named Penney understood what I was doing
and would back me up
Penney and I were good friends
altho once she posted ''you and I, palo, in the blue-haired set...''
and I realized she didn't have clue bout me
but she understood my mind
meema too
Love, Palo

good luck with mil
come join us again when you have time
it is perceptive what you say, we never knew each other on Lcom very well
cause we were not allowed to talk to each other
also my focus was 100% on saving our Republic from clinton
when Elian thing happened, my heart wept for daddy who wanted his son
but I never opened my mouth on topic
because all I wanted was to save our country
Love, Palo

If Jude only knew how hard it is for me to bite my tongue right now!!LOL....it's killing me ;-)
I have to finish some reading and cleaning, so I'm off until later tonight, after din din at my folks.Tomorrow is firecracker day up here, officially called Canada Day.How sterile! It used to be known as Dominion Day but some PC bureaucrat liked the "inclusiveness" of such a meaningless name...ugh!
Talk to you later...

hi cookie
we arrived on summer sosltice
our first two weeks we had to understand together why we were here and not back on Lcom
after that everyone settled down to have fun
there was some heavy flirting going on among those who like flirting
flirting isn't my thing I like havin' fun
that is why I got such a kick out of chickie's posts
she brought fun to the thread

Attention cooks:
Hash Brown Casserole
Approximately 2lbs frozen hash brown spuds
(I can only find the 30oz size, but that's ok.)
8oz sour cream
1 can nacho cheese soup
6 chopped green onions - or to taste
2/3 cup melted butter
16 oz melted Kraft Hot Mexican Velveeta (which is not really hot.)
Mix it all up, sprinkle w/paprika
Bake 1 hour @ 350, or till golden brown - voila.
We've done this receipe for years, and Pam's had
several requests for the receipe, but with the use
of Johnny's Garlic seasoned butter, the crowd went
wild - a totally scraped clean pyrex!
Johnny's GreatCaesar Garlic Spread & Seasoning was
found at my Costco where they were demo-ing it.
Start off at 1/4 - 1/3 the recommended dosage, please.
I think you'll enjoy this product. JL

Apologies up - I'm too lazy to go back and code this post. ;-)

*Hears a baaaad idea coming along*

Sorry, haven't been on in.. oh.. two or more days. In answer to your last question to me on Thread 15.. New York has had less than average rainfall for the past several years, and has had higher than average temps. So we get slammed with a wetter than normal spring and early summer with th threat of flooding in places if we get more rain...
..And the EPA idiots are saying that we're still in a drought. (These are the same clowns that said there are no Coyotes in New York...)
To: lodwick
Timing is everything...I always time my grocery store shopping, so that the hubby is available to be my beast of burden, and carry in all the bags...
To: palo verde
Palo, you and I are exactly alike on the score of putting the groceries away...the hubby hauls them in, while I relax and have a ciggie before attempting to put away all the stuff I bought...
Todays load is extra big...went to 3 different stores, lots of July4th sales going on...figured I would get it all done in one big fell swoop...so just got home a little while ago...made my trip happier, by buying a couple more firecracker mums...
And they had the cutest bears at the store...a snappy bear, dressed in his Uncle Sam suit...so I bought one for myself, and one for the Palo...this is to thank you for the wonderful basset hound calender you sent to me...
So I will send it to you, sometime duing the week,...you wont have it in time for July 4th, but then again, patriotism never goes out of style...so you will have a snappy Uncle Sam bear to keep you company, while you Freep...I still have the envelope that the calendar came in, so since I assume you are still living at the same address, I will sent this cute bear to you in the Mail...
Ugh, Now I have to go and attend to the hubby, and start putting away all the groceries...
See ya all later...
