There's no denying the natural order of things — there are some things women are just plain better at than men. Being aware of these things can help life go more smoothly.

Here are things women are irrefutably better at than men:

1. Having X chromosomes: They're literally twice as good as men are at this.

2. Growing human beings inside of them: There has yet to be a man to accomplish this feat.

3. Making sandwiches: This isn't even close.

4. Allowing sin into the world: Another historic achievement that has never been matched.

5. Finding the milk carton in the fridge: Dudes can't even do it when it's right in front of them.

6. Asking for directions when driving: Always willing to get help when they need it.

7. Giving directions when not driving: Always willing to give help when you don't need it.

8. Smelling good: Or even being remotely attractive, for that matter.

9. Wearing dresses: Have you seen how guys look when they try to do it? Woof.

No use arguing about it. When it comes to the things listed above, the ladies have it. What else are women better at than men?

I’m talking about ascertaining what people are really thinking or feeling. I always took my wife to important biz meetings for that.

Her presence was also a distraction for any heterosexual male who possessed a shred of testosterone, giving you a psychological edge during negotiations (she's devastatingly charming and beautiful). Sun Tzu missed that one in his "Art of War" book.

Yeah, I didn't realize they allowed children to post on the forum nor validate them when they splutter and point while drawing the "misogyny" card - after posting on a public forum. I suspect they're leftists and usually post on forums such as Democrat Underground.

It's like a Karen taking offense at a comedy show. "Then... don't... go... there..."

A moderator put me in time out until a little while ago, which shows the truly sad double standard, and a clear lack of will to support and defend the 1st Amendment of this free republic. It's just sad, really.

And women can sit and wonder why men are just done with them.

There was nothing offensive in any post (and note that none are removed). Anyone who took offense needs to look in the mirror, and then in their closet to dig out their big boy pants or big girl skirt.

So here we have a hearsay statement of opinion based upon personal experience, presented to challenge a statitically proven fact favoring female competence.

This not only promotes the anecdotal and emotional over the larger facts, but confirms what I have come to expect and, in a perverse way, to enjoy, in this forum.

It rarely fails in its tendency to both provoke without foundation and disappoint simultaneously.

Well, counselor, it’s not hearsay both because we’re not in the courthouse and because it’s a statement against her own interest as a female surgeon. And I’m just an engineer who served on a grand jury, not lawyer. You probably need to go back to your evidence class and brush off the books.

Her substantive response to you is the basis for her belief is she can’t recruit otherwise excellent female surgeons to the risky specialties like trauma because the prefer a more predictable practice.

She adds that the avoidance of hard cases by the typical doctor (male or female) is a known flaw in studies judging doctors from success rates, most notably oncology and (something you undoubtedly will be familiar with as someone who is clearly shriveled up) infertility, because the very best doctors take on the harder cases, while the mediocre take on the lay ups. This, ironically, gives the best doctors the worst success ratings.

This flaw in your cited study would be fun to exploit if you put up its propents on a witness stand, assuming your boss would ever let you near the courtroom.
