An unarmed man was fatally shot in a broad daylight ambush during a dispute over a parking spot at a North Lauderdale Walmart on Tuesday.
62-year-old Bart Diguglielmo was shot by a woman during an argument over a parking space.
The unidentified shooter is claiming self-defense. Diguglielmo was not armed.
Diguglielmo's family said he was a Christian man and a decorated veteran who served in Desert Storm in the Army National Guard.
The shooting was captured on a Tesla cam and cell phone camera.
NBC Miami reported:
A man who was shot by a woman during what authorities said was a dispute over a parking space at a North Lauderdale Walmart has died, officials said.
The Broward Sheriff's Office said Wednesday that 62-year-old Bart Diguglielmo of Lauderhill died from his injuries.
The incident happened shortly before 12:30 p.m. Tuesday outside the store at 7900 W. McNab Road.
A witness captured the shooting on a cell phone video and cameras from a nearby Tesla showed the fatal incident unfold.
Agreed. Someone has a gun in hand, you walk away not towards. Unless you are ready to die.
So the blacks are what, 13% of the population. They commit 80% of the crime.

The Gateway Pundit really should put the state name in the story. While Fort Lauderdale is common enough, I had never heard of North Lauderdale, and names sometimes pop up in different states.
She kept retreating. How exactly did she know he was unarmed? Just because he didn't have a gun in his hand? Bet he had pockets. He could have grabbed her and pulled a knife. She couldn't know.

Incorrect. He was several feet away from her, and he posed no physical threat to her, and certainly no deadly threat. The deadly threat is HER, the black woman who thinks she can wave a gun around and shoot people in a busy Walmart parking lot. She is going to pull a Karmelo Anthony and claim that because she black, she is always in mortal fear of whites. What a joke, it is blacks murdering blacks, but the leftist imbecile people keep pushing the false narrative that whites are the ones killing innocent blacks.

He was moving toward her after she retreated and warned him. Of course he was a threat.
Consider if she was your wife or daughter being stalked by a man like that.
Your advice would be to let him actually grab her to see if he was trying to hurt her?
IMHO she was actively hunting for the kill.
When she exited her car she had the gun in her hand looking for her prey.
Nobody shoot you quicker than a scared man or a woman

Correct. If she was in fear, she did not need to exit her car at all - stay locked in and call 911. She also could have continued on about her own businees and simply entered the store. A different young white man walks by with his cart, she could have asked him for help. Nope. You are correct, she exited her car with her gun making her the aggressor, and with PLANNING WITH PREMEDITATION to escalate the situation and shoot a polar bear. You cannot claim retreat and self-defense when you are the one escalating the situation by introducing a deadly weapon to a verbal argument. Guilty.
