Iran’s exiled crown princess joined tens of thousands of demonstrators for a “Global Day of Action” in downtown Los Angeles on Saturday to show support for Iranian people fighting Tehran’s brutal Islamic regime.
Noor Pahlavi spoke at the massive rally, which saw attendees waving flags and unfurling massive banners reading “Help Is On Its Way.”
“This is not just a protest — this is a declaration of a nation reclaiming itself,” said Pahlavi, the daughter of Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi, who has called for global protests to increase pressure on Iran.
“Fear, the chief weapon in the Islamic Republic’s arsenal, is no longer effective against the lions and lionesses of Iran. Under gunfire, they rise. Knowing the cost, they rise.”
The demonstration began at City Hall and stretched for blocks, with crowds carrying Iran’s former official flag alongside the stars and stripes. Several attendees also held signs beseeching President Trump to intervene in Iran’s ongoing crackdown against dissenters.
Aryana Amiri, 19, of Thousand Oaks, came to the march with her mother and described the rally as “beautiful” and “emotional.”

Iran has a crown princess. And she appears to be not guilty.

I have been a "senior" for many years, and am accepting that I've become "old", although perhaps not by FR standards. :-)
Nevertheless I hope to live long enough to see the Iranian people, for whom I have great respect, reclaim their country from the evil bastages who have defiled it for over 45 years. I see progress, and am encouraged.
I also hope to live long enough to see us Americans reclaim our country as well. Here I also see progress and am encouraged.

When the mullahs are overthrown, change the name of the country from Iran to Persia.
The regime claims that Iran is 99% muslim, and the US state department recites this claim, but with hundreds of mosques destroyed, damaged, or burned to the ground, this claim can be disputed.
Persia could be a key US ally to counter Islamo-fascists worldwide (Iran, Turkey, Mauritania, etc) who are using mass migration to destabilize Europe and the United States.

This revolt in Iran could be a game changer for the entire world . For 14 centuries Islam has been fighting an endless war to colonize the rest of the World. In all that time Islam has never lost territory except from outside forces defeating it . This revolt is the first time an Islamic country is fighting Islam itself . It could be the spark that launches similar revolts if this revolution succeeds.

Is there a term that goes beyond NOT GUILTY?! Beautiful inside and out and courageous. We know the mullahs and islamoscum (not all Muslims - yes I know a few who are good people one of whom is a US Marine and absolutely hates the mullahs) must be literally gunning for her, but she still puts herself out there!

The Iranians need to demonstrate on their own turf.
To: Libloather
It appears, that the Iranian opposition is coalescing around the Pahlavi family.
That’s new.
Iranian opposition was always disunited. From communists, to republicans, anti islamists, monarchists, ethnic and religious minorities, etc.
Finally, they are having enough of Khomeini and uniting.

I worked with a girl/woman for many years who came to the United States to go to college. Her family had fled Iran after the overthrow of the SHAH. They couldn’t take money with them so converted the cash into rugs and jewelry. She used to wear the most beautiful jewelry to work. She always considered herself Persian and would talk about the royal family, knowing that someday they would get out from under the yoke of the mullahs. Praying, her day has come.

I can remember going to anti viet nam war demonstrations in the 1970s. There was always an anti shah Iranian contingent.

Iran is not going to collapse unless there's an invasion.
The Americans are not going to do it after what happened in Iraq.
Israel would like to do it but it's not possible.

I agree. Our guys should not have to die for them. We can arm them, but it should stop at that.

” and courageous.”
Yes, nothing says “courageous” like protesting for Iran...in the safety of the United States. I hope to one day understand the rational of people protesting for their country half way around the world.
