I have been a "senior" for many years, and am accepting that I've become "old", although perhaps not by FR standards. :-)

Nevertheless I hope to live long enough to see the Iranian people, for whom I have great respect, reclaim their country from the evil bastages who have defiled it for over 45 years. I see progress, and am encouraged.

I also hope to live long enough to see us Americans reclaim our country as well. Here I also see progress and am encouraged.

I can remember going to anti viet nam war demonstrations in the 1970s. There was always an anti shah Iranian contingent.

What good does protesting in LA do for regeime change in Iran ?

These same people protest when we bomb the the current regime.
