RFK's new initiative is looking to take aim at all the junk:
Rest in peace, food pyramid!
Long live the Trump Triangle of health! And with health advice like this, long life is much more likely.
The new website to promote the Trump dietary guidelines is realfood.gov! And, if you'll notice, it's essentially the inverse of the old food pyramid, pictured here 👇
Wikipedia/USDA Protein, dairy, and fat are now at the top of the graphic.
Here's RFK promoting the real food campaign and attacking the ultra-processed food industry at today's dietary guideline announcement:
The hard truth is that our government has been lying to us to protect corporate profit taking. Telling us that these food-like substances were beneficial to public health.
Federal policy promoted and subsidized highly processed foods and refined carbohydrates and turned a blind eye to the disastrous consequences.
Today the lies stop.
Liberals on Bluesky are not happy:
Expect the liberal boycott of Whole Foods any time now. Dems are about to start eating Doritos Locos Tacos and chugging white Monster energy drinks in protest, I'm sure.
It's 2026 and the government is having to tell Americans that they're supposed to eat real food.
Clown world is an understatement.
But it's hard to argue that this isn't a positive development.
I'll leave you with this:
🤣🤣🤣 I guess we know what RFK is having for dinner tonight! P.S. Now check out our latest video 👇

I don’t think it is the strain of wheat that is the problem but the depletion of minerals in the soil.
Have you consulted with a licensed PT? Usually swimming would probably be safe but I know it is the dead of winter in most places now. If you do see a PT ask them about tai-chi a lot of older people do that do improve balance which is important when you do start a exercise routine. There are also chair exercises you can do. Again because of your problems consult a PT before starting.
Oh and something that may help is to make sure you are sleeping on a mattress that gives you the support you need.
Yes, there’s always a next step, and homegrown eggs is an example.
Whole wheat is not eaten for it’s protein content, though it has a moderate level.
And that level is not effected by whether it is organic or conventional. At least Google cannot find a difference when the question is posed.
It’s eaten for minerals, calories and fiber. It’s incomplete protein is a side benefit when combined with legumes.
If you don’t like it, don’t eat it. And don’t misinform people.
The Germans often call bier "liquid bread", and by the ingredients they're more right than wrong.
Of course, I wouldn't eat toast while standing upside down atop a keg...
Nailed it.
Thanks. Its hard to see how you can have ‘good governance’ without holding people accountable for violating performance expectations, ethical standards, and legal norms.
At the risk of sounding academic, without discipline there is no order, and without order you have dysfunction which leads to chaos. The very word ‘governance’ implies order brought about by control mechanisms, but we seem to be averse to the concept of administering necessary penalties that ultimately bring stability to an organization or system.
In short we’re not willing to do what’s necessary for the long term good of our society.
So let’s subsidize beef farmers to GROW MORE BEEF! We need to be able to afford to eat!!
Clearly not.
Thank you for the advice. I will check into a PT. I will also check out the chair exercises. Again, thank you.
“Whole wheat is not eaten for it’s protein content, though it has a moderate level.

And of course the protein content is always lower in organic , it’s a basic agricultural fact and if you didn’t know it, just Google “proteins content organic compared to conventional” and you’ll find hundred of sources confirming it and saying why. The excuse “Google can’t find a difference” is crazy, stop being dishonnest using willfull ignorance.
And sure, I’ll stop immediately to disinform people when you tell me exactly what disinformation I made.
The recommendation for no alcohol is denial of the fact that both beer and wine historically provided much needed fluid every day.
Water killed.
Beer and wine contained purifed water with no disease bearing organisms.
Alcohol permitted civilization
