Whole wheat is not eaten for it’s protein content, though it has a moderate level.

And that level is not effected by whether it is organic or conventional. At least Google cannot find a difference when the question is posed.

It’s eaten for minerals, calories and fiber. It’s incomplete protein is a side benefit when combined with legumes.

If you don’t like it, don’t eat it. And don’t misinform people.

What are you talking about??? Of course whole wheat is eaten for its protein content, it’s the everyday case in poor countries and it’s the main marketing message in rich countries to promote whole flour (since it has at least 20% more proteins than refined flour).

And of course the protein content is always lower in organic , it’s a basic agricultural fact and if you didn’t know it, just Google “proteins content organic compared to conventional” and you’ll find hundred of sources confirming it and saying why. The excuse “Google can’t find a difference” is crazy, stop being dishonnest using willfull ignorance.

And sure, I’ll stop immediately to disinform people when you tell me exactly what disinformation I made.
