Anyway, did you know that the old timer in the Cracker Barrel logo is Uncle Herschel, the real uncle of the restaurant's founder, Dan Evins? He worked for the Martha White Flour Company for three decades and knew a thing or two about the importance of Southern general stores. He became the chain's goodwill ambassador to the public, shaping the restaurants to be a reflection of times past, when Americans could gather to talk, shop, play, and dine.
On its website, Cracker Barrel goes as far to refer to Herschel as the "soul" of the company.
They removed the "soul" from their logo? 😭

This is the kind of thing that happens when you put an emotionally disconnected female in charge of companies or gov’t.
God made women to generally be homemakers and lovers of their husbands and children. That is where they are connected and happiest.
Women to day are generally lost, dazed, confused and very sad.
