Standing up for reality and decency is hard in the transgender wasteland of San Francisco, but this woman did it.
Let me set the scene:
To be clear: A man and a woman who identifies as a "trans man" went into the men's section of the spa. Male patrons complained because a woman was in the men's side of the nude spa.
That led to this exchange:

Long past time for her to say, “You are full if s**t, get outta here before we kick your sick *ss out.”
Yes, that would be how a sane world would do it. But, unfortunately, in today’s insane world, you would be a guest at the Graybar Hotel for a long time if you did that.

All these gays and trans people just HAVE to be trailblazers and ‘heroes’. They have destroyed businesses and people pulling this bullcrap.
That annoying weak link admitted that putting a man in the women’s room is a big problem.
Bingo.
A great 30 second explanation followed by 5 minutes of time that should have been spent kicking “his” ass out to the street.

That made me laugh, too. It threw me for a loop because it certainly did NOT make things clear.
At first I thought it was a lead-in to the old joke “A man and a woman who identifies as a ‘trans man’ walked into a bar.”
I read it and re-read it before I figured out TWO people went into the spa. One was a man. The other was a ‘trans man.’ (I guess that’s a biological woman who hasn’t had the old Rushbo “Addadictome” operation yet).
"On June 24, 2021, a woman posted a video to Instagram in which she had confronted staff at Wi Spa, a Korean spa in Los Angeles, about the presence of a nude individual with a penis, most commonly believed to be a trans woman, in the women's changing area of the spa."
The spa's response?
"Wi Spa strives to meet the needs of all its customers." The spa pointed out that California Civil Code 51(b) and 51(e)(5) (see below) makes it illegal for the spa to 'discriminate' against transgender and gender-nonconforming people."
Turns out there is some sanity left in the Beholden State:
"On August 30, 2021, an individual, commonly reported to be a transgender woman, was charged with indecent exposure relating to the alleged incident ...On February 12, 2023, a judge ruled that the indecent exposure case could proceed."
"A large group of Los Angeles Police Department officers contain a pro-trans protest group on South Commonwealth Avenue a few blocks away from Wi Spa on July 17, 2021."

went on for two years
the investigation was closed with no charges
criminal da punished the company for following the law
I think we know, deep down inside, what really needs to be done. If it is done, let’s pray it is heavily publicized.
This is why you post clearly: “We have the right to refuse to do business or service anyone for any reason”.
You cannot be certain anymore.
But this certainly a rare event. A women, err fake man (“transman”)tried going into the Men’s. Rare because 1. Usually men don’t care and don’t complain. 2. It’s almost always a fake women (pervert) going into the women’s.
When will the city of San Francisco be sending this staffer to a re-education camp?
This should be studied by every normal business owner. Calmly stick to the facts, let them bitch, call you names, lecture you about policy and ficticious “norms”, threaten you that they’ll tell every trans they know not to come in, and then watch them walk out the door forever. (Of course, you’ll get the occasional lawsuit, but that can be used to backfire on that narcissistic community.)
Sorry to spoil the story, but the spa later relented and now will accept the stated “gender identity” of patrons.
These stunts by trannys are just to get attention and grounds for a lawsuit.
They should be struck down immediately by every court in the world...................
