The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday let stand a ruling that subjugates parental rights to school politics.
The ruling that had come out of the 7th U.S. District Court of Appeals in a Wisconsin fight claimed that parental rights were not affected when schools secretly encouraged children to be transgender, so the parents had no standing to bring the case.
Justices Samuel Alito, Brett Kavanaugh and Clarence Thomas would have granted the petition, according to the court announcement, as it's an issue that is coming up more and more.
Alito explained, "This case presents a question of great and growing national importance: whether a public school district violates parents' 'fundamental constitutional right to make decisions concerning the rearing of' their children…when, without parental knowledge or consent, it encourages a student to transition to a new gender or assists in that process."
Thomas joined in the statement that added, "We are told that more than 1,000 districts have adopted such policies."

Amy Conehead Barrett and all the other females are fine with it. Roberts too. Women are the vanguard of the tranny and homo insurgency. They are the ones who champion and protect the entire movement.

That personal injury or damage is such a fundamental element of standing that one wonders whether plaintiffs lacking such an element had competent counsel or whether the action intentionally proceeded with such a flaw.
Remember when everyone was swooning over Barrett and her blank notebook. I knew she was trouble when she was photographed leaving her house to go to her swearing in. She was driving a minivan and got in the drivers seat, her husband was her passenger.

There is tons of information out there and, no, the internet is no panacea, but the quantity and diversity of information and teaching tools for home schoolers boggles the mind. Public schools can’t hold a candle to it.

It will never happen. We had a chance to shut down public schools and remake the educational system during the lockdown, but our very own Republicans screamed to open them again.

Bullshit. You are a parent, and you are required to send your child to a school that says it can secretly push your child into sex changes and assist that effort? You tell the school not to do that. They flip you the finger and insist they will do it anyway.

With the slightest amount of discernment, it’s easy to find and online curriculum that blows public schools out of the water.
At the time l thought the rats didn’t seem to put up much of a fight against Barrett. This made me very nervous. Since then she has betrayed us several times. The rat Judges never drift from their side, never. Pick any case and you know how they will vote without hearing a single word of testimony. We constantly get screwed by supposedly Conservative Justices.
A week after she was confirmed... she chickened out on the Pennsylvania case in the 2020 election and let it stand as a 4-4 tie. And the election was stolen.

I believe Barrett is following a RINO Justice model, angling to become the 1st female Chief Justice, where she will push the court ever leftward, same as Roberts.

FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponent’s Argument
The misguided (imo) Supreme Court's decision on this issue is arguably an attack not only on three constitutionally enumerated protections, but also on the Holy Bible imo.
To begin with, Mark 7:1-13 shows us that Jesus reprimanded the religious readers for driving a wedge (my words) between parents and their children, thus nullifying the "Honor your Father and Mother ... Commandment" by doing so. So even religious leaders cannot interfere with parental authority imo.
In other words, parental rights are protected under the umbrella of 1st Amendment-protected religious expression imo.
And it's actually good that parental rights are not expressly constitutionally protected because some "parents" do not deserve to be parents imo.
Next, the Supreme's decision also wrongly weakens state constitutional protections of voter referendum imo, wrongly nullifying majority voter power to decide against genital mutilation.
So the Court's decision also weakens constitutional guarantee of state republican form of government imo.
"Article IV, Section 4: The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government [emphasis added], and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence."
Finally, the Supreme's decision is also an attack of the 10th Amendment (10A)-protected power of the people to make their own decisions imo.
"10th Amendment: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people [emphasis added]."
Note that 10A is a significant protection like 1A because it protects parental rights regardless if majority of state voters approve of gender mutilation.
The bottom line is that the Supreme Court needs to be drained with the rest of the swamp.

The reason for this gender ideology is to destroy individual rights, traditional family and religious freedom. China and North Korea are already there. Once the United States gets there they will kill all of these freaks.
If that had actually occurred here, I would agree, but since it did not happen the case had a difficult future and was by no means a slam dunk.
This issue was centered on a fine line between a policy and the breach of a Constitutional right.
Three of the court's justices found it a policy that was so egregious that the case deserved to be heard. A majority of the court however found that it was a policy not appropriate for the judiciary.
There certainly are political influences at work in this action by the court, and your comments re Barrett in #45 upthread are spot on. Body language often tells us more than the speaker's words.
