Since we’ve lived here, 23 years, it rains sometime between mid September and mid October. I vote for September this year.
Bongino has been beating up on the SS for not modernizing their weapons, comms, drones, etc. Maybe they need new semaphores and some nice flags to warn each other about a guy with a rifle? But there’s two parts to Bongino’s concern. At Butler the SS was pathetically short of organization and everything else that goes along with protecting a VIP. But at Maralago they were armed to the teeth to help the Feebers raid the place. Modern weapons a-plenty. Restricted access galore. I could have supplied them with some more modern gear but they did put on a well-armed show.
So somebody tell me tho: How much modern bleeping gear do they need to hear and relay the message the crowd at Butler was yelling about a guy with a rifle? Huh, huh? Do they need just one more pidgeon? Maybe they need Crazy Horse on their team to get off a few smoke signals? Maybe someone to yell “the Redcoats are coming?” I want someone in congers to ask that Rowe bleephole whether the SS guys are somehow instructed to ignore anything the crowd says?
The sooner we can clean out the top floor of the SS the more secure our leadership will be.
What the world has witnessed is the Biden regime most likely offered the Iranians more money under the table if they’ll back off just a bit until after the election.

23) That’s not the only thing to crash. On Friday, the Dow plummeted 900, recovering to losing “only” 600, then at today’s opening dropped another 1,100, recovering to 900 so far. In other words, since Friday the net losses have been 1,500 on the Dow. Just for the record, Trump took office with a Dow at around 16,400. In January 2021 when he left office-—even after the China Virus crash-—it was back up to 30,500 (+54%) while today it’s at around 38,800 (or an additional +23%, much of it Trump’s momentum. Trump doubled the stock market, while Rutabaga slowed its growth by half. Maybe that’s why the VIX “fear index” soared. Trump refers to it as the “Kamela Crash.”

27) So many mixed feelings about “Deadpool & Wolverine.” On the positive side, I saw “Deadpool and Wolverine.” I was prepared to not even like it, even to not go. Boy was I wrong. It was extremely funny-—a laugh a minute-—and who cares about the story? I mean, seriously, when watching an Abbott and Costello skit did you worry about the story? And the cameos are stellar and the bashing of Disney/MCU is unrelenting. So I loved that. Clearly this group of writers got permission to say what needed to be said. Personally, I find it supremely ironic that the entire Marvel franchise, and, unfortunately, Disney, may be saved by one of the lesser known (nearly unknown) characters (”Deadpool”) and by a character I never personally cared for, “Wolverine.” Indeed going back to the original X-Men, I thought they ruined the series by including him as the main focus. But what do I know? The bad news? This movie will likely save Disney (even though it pays homage to all the SONY/Fox characters-—except for Spider-Man). Anyway, the audiences have spoken: $842 million worldwide so far. Yes, it will make a lot of money. Coming on the heels of “Inside Out 2,” Disney will now unfortunately top $3 billion worldwide in its last two releases.
28) Ben Affleck and J-Lo aren’t speaking now. You can guess who I think is the luckier of the two. Their relationship was ridiculed in the “Deadpool” movie via a surprise cameo.

I'm outside, watching the stone EZ bake like a hawk.
All is ready - I have my oven mitts in the 'grasp' position.
I had thought we could time our 500th thread to match up with October 28, 2024, our 7th year meme'n and pray'n together on this thread.
But Biden is a Zombie, Kamala is substandard puppet material. The stock market...well...
The US is trying to provoke War with Russia and England is throwing down with 'immigrants.'
We have stuff 'n things to say. A lot of it. We're posting much faster now. And it will get crazier as we near the election.
If we let the threads run to max from this point on, and I think threads max at 5000 on FR, there's a slight possibility we can match up Festival 500 with October 28, particularly if there's a period of Internet blackout.
So shall I let this thread, 497, run to max to see if we wear it out and want a new one before we max it?
We can certainly plan two separate party-gras to celebrate Festival 500 and Qnniversary 7. It may actually be tiring to work with 'threads of impossible size'. If there's no real interest in the topic I'll pull the bread out of the EZ bake soon.
