The Great Awakening ('Freedom of Thought’), was designed and created not only as a backchannel to the public (away from the longstanding ‘mind’ control of the corrupt & heavily biased media) to endure future events through transparency and regeneration of individual thought (breaking the chains of ‘group-think’), but, more importantly, aid in the construction of a vehicle (a ‘ship’) that provides the scattered (‘free thinkers’) with a ‘starter’ new social-networking platform which allows for freedom of thought, expression, and patriotism or national pride (the feeling of love, devotion and sense of attachment to a homeland and alliance with other citizens who share the same sentiment).
When ‘non-dogmatic’ information becomes FREE & TRANSPARENT it becomes a threat to those who attempt to control the narrative and/or the stable.
When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

Now that we have a home on more or less dry land and enough room for a garden, PR and I are anxious to learn about what food we can grow in the short time we have each year.

I well remember my brother, a 7 million mile long haul trucker, way back in the 70’s using sat phones that could monitor a trucks performance but in no way could effect its operation. They knew better that far back.

Judge Juan Merchan, a very distinguished looking man, is nevertheless a true and certified Trump Hater who suffers from a very serious case of Trump Derangement Syndrome. In other words, he hates me! His daughter is a senior executive at a Super Liberal Democrat firm that works for Adam “Shifty” Schiff, the Democrat National Committee, (Dem)Senate Majority PAC, and even Crooked Joe Biden. He was recently the judge on an unrelated trial of a long term employee, elderly and not in good health. This judge treated him viciously, telling him either you cooperate or I’m putting you in jail for 15 years. He pled, and went to jail for very minor offenses, highly unusual, served 4 months in Rikers, and now they are after him again, this time for allegedly lying (doesn’t look like a lie to me!), and they threatened him again with 15 years if he doesn’t say something bad about “TRUMP.” He is devastated and scared! These COUNTRY DESTROYING SCOUNDRELS & THUGS HAVE NO CASE AGAINST ME. WITCH HUNT!

D.A. Bragg fought everyone about trying this “no crime” case, but Crooked Joe Biden’s “Thugs” pushed him to go forward, and pushed him hard. They wanted him to go after ME, Crooked’s Political Opponent. He just didn’t want to do it. They ended up sending Matthew Colangelo, Merrick Garland’s “right hand,” after a stop at the Corrupt and Racist New York State A.G. Letecia “Peekaboo” James’ Office, to directly oversee the D.A., perhaps to make sure that Bragg followed their illegal orders and commands. He eventually agreed to do the “case” that he never wanted to do. Pomerantz and Cohen were “death.” Now their hope is that Judge Juan Merchan, who should be recused, will pull them through. STOP THE STEAL!

I was watching a recap on YouToob this morning about 5 am. There were obviously two power failures (hacked? - you won’t get an argument from me on that one.)
Drive-by-wire? If so, they likely lost rudder control during the power failures - they looked like they were ship-wide. Hydraulic control? Don’t know.
Loss of comms to the engine room during the first blackout? Emergency backup comms missed until too late? Poor training?
The black smoke looked like ALL BACK EMERGENCY on the screws. Screw control (assuming they have 2 screws) could have allowed some avoidance control, but there wasn’t a lot of time apparently, once they lost power and steering control.
They were trundling along at about 8 knots, but by the time they hit the pylon they were down to 1.5 knots.
A lot of moving mass, no pylon “concrete bumpers”, and the bridge was going to go down.

That one video shows it plain as day, the ship is in reverse, you can see the back of the ship get larger and a wave of water at the base when it hits. So obvious.
My nephew's wife faces the same dilemma. Nephew hates goats. Absolutely no idea why. BUT . . . she's been steadily working on him, and he's beginning to come around. She emphasizes the health benefits (and, some say, the superior taste) of goat milk, cheese made from goat milk, and of course the ready supply of meat.
So that may be a good starting for your own situation. :-)
I was JOOD on our way down the Cooper River leaving Naval Station, Charleston when we dropped the load (lost power). Our ship was longer that the channel width there. Fortunately we had enough way on and river current to ghost under the Cooper River Bridge (US 17) and drop anchor in Charleston Harbor.
It is amazing how fast you can put additional sweat pumps on line. Thank God the Ship's Service Diesel Generator I was responsible for came on line in 9 seconds and gave us electrical power.
When piloting a ship, the excrement can his the air moving equipment with amazing speed.

I’ve been buying more organic too since covid when I started growing some of my own food. The process made me more aware of what I was eating. I looked into getting a live chicken too but they’re not allowed where I live. Plus my little doggies might terrorize them.
Apparently the tugs release the ships before the bridge.
