I'm not sure what you're asking here, but I'll try to answer. In the 1950s, niacin was found to be excellent for cholesterol management. In the 1960s, niacin was found to be a cure for some forms of schizophrenia. In the 1970s, niacin was found to be helpful in alcoholism. In the 1980s, a doctor wrote a book saying that if everyone got enough niacin, there would be no heart attacks. By the 1990s, statins -- with patent protection -- became the favored method of cholesterol control, and niacin was buried.
Research in the past decade has shown that though statins control cholesterol, they provide no benefit to longevity, and their side effects (muscle weakness, neuropathy) reduce quality of life.
Other recent research is showing that flush niacin is good for a variety of neurological problems, including Alzheimers and Parkinsons. Many neurological problems can be trace to the gut -- especially to the gut bacteria -- and niacin has the effect of normalizing gut bacteria, better than probiotics.

OWB, I no longer support any Bush but at the time, we didn’t know what we know now, at least most of us didn’t. I thought he hung the moon, especially compared to any other choice at the time. Presidents aren’t told everything. The CIA and other 3-letter agencies run this country and have for decades. That’s why they are so panicked about Trump and any mention of Q.
At first, all I was going on was the look at his face when he was at the school and got the message about the towers. To this day, I still don’t think he knew it was going to happen. I watched the video from the FBI informant and if he’s telling the truth, and he seems to be, Bush and his administration knew something was going to happen but not when and where. Others in the Federal government knew and helped plan with the terrorists. I’m not trying to convince anybody of anything, but I highly advise that everybody watch the video by Turning Point USA. Tuesday was my second day on immediate release, starting @ 250mg:
Besides deep redness/itching all over, I got very dizzy and nauseas. Had to lay down for over an hour.
I can’t imagine increasing it but I will keep at it unless the dizziness and nausea gets much worse.
Can the liver safely tolerate high doses?
