I’m trying to get my niacin/melatonin balance worked out. It is good for so many things! Melatonin was removed from the niacin protocol 2 years ago. Lots of other things have been tried since, leading up to the GPR109A mixture -- niacin, n-acetyl l-glutamine, folic acid -- as the most effective way to take niacin. Dr. Kats has collected a huge number of research articles that ultimately confirm niacin and these adjuncts, and he has gotten PureBulk to create a capsule that contains all three in the best proportions. Try it.

Thank you for the info on GPR109A. I will check it out.
Is this formula compatible with the use of quercetin with zinc along with vitamin C?

Do you know the proportions? I hate taking capsules unnecessarily when I take so many already.... and I just got a shipment of another kilo of niacin powder. I gave up on all Kats’s previous combinations long ago, and have just been taking niacin neat. (Anyone wanna buy some bulk melatonin? LOL)
