baristas are in a union and such things would generate mandatory overtime.
The decor was not demanded to be removed, the hours were not paid and the baristas had a snit and removed the decor, blaming the corporation’s “decision”.

And you can take the root ends of onions and put in a glass of water, or in the ground, and get a lot of green onion tops. Same thing celery.
I din’t know that those herbs would grow just in water. I started making alfalfa sprouts a while ago since produce is so high plus around here, not always fresh. Every day we have a quart mason jar of fresh sprouts.
