Starbucks has already said, they have no set-aside hours [overtime] for “Pride Decorating”.
baristas are in a union and such things would generate mandatory overtime.
The decor was not demanded to be removed, the hours were not paid and the baristas had a snit and removed the decor, blaming the corporation’s “decision”.
The Union got Trumped.
