I wasn’t homing in on that phrase from Rita OK’S post. I was correcting her Mel Gibson movie reference to the phrase.
I love both Movie’s, Braveheart and The Patriot, but I’m pretty sure the line she referenced, ‘don’t shoot till you see the whites of their eyes’, was uttered by Mel Gibson in the movie The Patriot right before the Colonial Militia is about to face Cornwallace at the battle of Cowpens.
