The American Flag flew over the Capital upside down for a couple of hours Wednesday. The film was not photo shopped.

The content doesn’t matter. I have to hold my phone near my face to see what is written, and that seems to cause my blood pressure to read higher when I am called back and the nurse checks it. I have had it checked again after talking with the doctor and not holding my arms up like I am reading this thread, and it is around 120/80. If I had it checked right now, it would probably be in the normal range because I wear contacts at work and use reading glasses, which makes it easier to read this thread at arms length.
I haven’t bought any but it says it’s over the counter. They don’t do mail order. You have to go get it. Only a few pharmacies sell it. I had a list. I’ll see if I can find it.

No prescription. Today picked up my sister’s prophylactic Ivermectin from the pharmacy downtown.
They will mail it to you if you have a TN address.
Our pharmacy is Fresh Pharmacy in Lenoir City.
Jim Jordan is a champion rassler. It would be OK with me if he went all South Korean parlament on those blabby mouthed dims. My own patience limits would not allow that cheap krap for more than a few seconds-—buttflinging would be called for. Those “rules of decorum” need a bit of fine tuning.

I can’t find my list but a search online states this:
“NASHVILLE, TN – Governor Bill Lee has signed SB 2188 that allows Ivermectin, an award-winning antiviral drug, to be available for the treatment of COVID-19 without a prescription in Tennessee. The state’s Senate overwhelmingly voted 66-20, and the House voted 22-6 in favor of the bill.
The bill states that a pharmacist can provide Ivermectin to a patient, who is 18 years of age or older, “pursuant to a valid collaborative pharmacy practice agreement containing a non-patient-specific prescriptive order and standardized procedures developed and executed by one or more authorized prescribers.”
That means that adults can explain their symptoms to the pharmacist, fill out a sheet listing any preexisting conditions and other medications they are taking, and the pharmacist can determine the right dosage.
Medical professionals such as Dr. Robert Malone, Dr. Ryan Cole, Dr. Richard Urso, Dr. Pierre Kory, Dr. John Little and many others worked diligently to educate Tennessee lawmakers about this effective drug.”
I understand this to mean that the Pharmacist is the prescriber, not a doctor.
There is one in Mt. Juliet near Nashville and one in Lenior City, near Knoxville. I read that the one at Mt.Juliet will mail order, but I don’t know for sure.

I never tried to buy any locally since I have so much from India. The only reason I bought that was because family balked at the horse paste. I don’t mind the horse paste.

What you’re describing sounds like you’re breaking the airplane sit-down rule. You have to flex a bit every half hour or so. And holding your arms up continuously for extended times will exactly produce what you’re describing. That phone is going to kill you if you don’t figger out how to use it at a lower position more often.
Treating your femoral arteries unfairly by smashing them, by long sit-downs, for long periods is also going to work against your arms. Now that you’ve noticed the effect of staying immobile, in unnatural positions, for extended time periods, you have to realize you’re begging for a heart attack. Do yourself a life-extending favor and move around every 15 minutes or so.
