It sounds all too familiar. I still can’t understand how those in the medical profession so easliy went along with this plan to exterminate good people who trusted them. Knowing what happened makes the grief almost unbearable.
Fructose IS "sugar from fruit". Sucrose is cane/beet sugar. Table sugar is a mixture of the two.
This narrative sounds like it comes from the artificial sweetener lobby.
I use that too.
I use organic cane sugar. I find nothing wrong with it in moderation.
