As long as voting machines are used fractional voting and percentages greater than registered voters on voter rolls, as well as other election malfeasance, can and will occur.
Getting rid of the machines is the answer but how I think depends on the state. Georgia, Utah, Alaska the Secretary of State contracted with the vendor for supplying voting equipment state wide, whereas other states it is a county decision. I think Texas and Florida it is a county decision after the state certifies the vendors’ machines, the county can decide to purchase them. The process is IMO intentionally convoluted so the voters are always uninformed.

Just finished x22. In part B near the end he plays a recording of Trump saying how he will reform colleges and universities nationwide. Through accreditation. Fire the current accreditation companies and hire new ones who will enforce strict curriculum and standards and get rid of bad teachers. That sounds like the way to do it!
