Now that the Election in Florida is over, and everything went quite well, shouldn’t it be said that in 2020, I got 1.1 Million more votes in Florida than Ron D got this year, 5.7 Million to 4.6 Million? Just asking?

Yes, it was one thing to insult Yeb, who is a deep state RINO. But DeSantis is one of the good guys.
But it is obvious from his actions that anyone Trump thinks is a threat to his desires will get the treatment, regardless of party or like-mindedness.

Trump has NOTHING to boast about.
He did nothing about Fauci
He did nothing about spending
He did nothing about vote by mail
He then whined when he lost in 2020 because he did nothing to stop the steal.
Now he is trying to ignore his BIGGER loss in 2022 because his candidates were not ready to stop the steal.
To top it off, Trump raised over $100 million for this election and spent less than $15 million to support his endorsed candidates.
McConnell put $100 million into many of Trump’s candidates through his PAC.
The GOP blew the biggest opportunity to stop the communist takeover. The Trump GOP has the smallest midterm gain since 2002 (right after 9/11)
Now, Trump wants to claim victory and start attacking DeSantis who has been hands-off with Trump because DeSantis did a far better job in Florida than anywhere else in the country?
It is time for Trump to take his ego and retire with Melania. Enjoy your billions and sunset years. Revenge will eat you up. We love you Trump and appreciate the example you set when you led our nation, but your time is done.

Regarding the vote comparison… everybody knows that “off-election” vote totals and turnout are less than occurs in presidential election years.
And this is why he is no longer my (not most people I know) favorite for 2024

The counter to this perspective is that fewer people voted in Florida this election cycle than in 2020. And DeSantis had a higher percentage this year than Trump did in 2020.
It's a *little* concerning the Swamp is lining up behind DeSantis because they view him as their best hope to beat Donald Trump in a GOP primary.

I’ve voted for Trump 2016-2020. Voted for all of Trump’s endorsees here in GA in 2022. I’ll vote for Trump in 2024 if he’s the nominee.
He lost me when he started making public statements about having dirt on DeSantis a few days ago. Who goes public and says that kind of stuff about another Republican, especially when we’ve got Dems to fight? I haven’t heard DeSantis say anything negative about Trump.
If DeSantis is asked about Trump, and if he’s smart, he’ll just say that he is concentrating on defeating Democrats and has nothing to say about another Republican. That would put Trump in his place a lot better than an attack on Trump.
I’m not voting for Trump in the primaries.
So was I until I saw an article on DeSantis’ big money donors. $180 million for a governor’s race seems a bit much. I think they’re trying to get RD to run for 2024 and I think Trump thinks the same so he’s going into primary race mode in a way. That big money is probably behind the msm and politicians saying it’s time to move on from Trump.
I dislike some of the things Trump says but not as much as I dislike billionaires trying to control US politics with money.
If he keeps this up, and runs, he’s gonna lose the DeSantis voter and viola! another democrat prez—— maybe John FetterWoman according to msnbclgbtq
