The city of Jackson is Democrat controlled and has been for many years. They own/operate/maintain the water system. I’m not saying that matters, but the facts matter.

Town brags about being the most black radical town in the US. All levels of power controlled by blacks. So of course is white conservatives at fault. SMH

Well, it is Mississippi after all. That would be somewhere between Rhodesia and Zimbabwe along the road to South Africa. Lots of ambition but no go. Nothing but a big freaking boat anchor.
Poorest and blackest state in the usa. Now, that is bottom of the barrel.
The entire region is one of the worst in a growing list of open festering sores in this country with a black bottom.
You can’t fix it with money. If money would work it would all be fixed by now.
At least they grow good catfish. Even that has not panned out so well. I don’t exactly see a lot of catfish specials in the grocery store.
How crazy to talk about this being the fault of white folks because white people moved out.
There’s been a lot of criticism over the decades about white flight out of our major cities.
But then , when white or other more affluent people move back into cities , it is said that they are creating gentrification , which is also criticized by black leaders.
Bottom line is that you just can’t win. White and/or affluent people will be criticized no matter what they do

For those unaware, the Mexicans are taking over California and blacks aren’t faring too well. When the Mexicans reach a critical demographic mass, all the white, racist, BLM females will be voted out of office in places like LA.
What exists in California now, won’t be around when the Mexicans take over. That means Newsome is gone along with his racist white and black legislators in Sacramento.

I read that the state wanted to take over the water system because of the structural problems and the city’s mismanagement, but the city government refused.
