I didn't post the actual comic, in case it's a trademark issue. (I don't think it is, but just to be safe).
Heard from my mother today that still gets the KC Star that they didn't have Dilbert in the paper today and that it would "return soon." A quick look online shows that the left is having a bit of a fit, because the storyline is a black engineer that is identifying as white, throwing a wrench into the company's diversity stats. It started yesterday, but she just saw it today.
Just a little FYI that the censorship is a little bit of everywhere, not that anyone here is surprised.
Not surprising. I was wondering when they’d get to Scott Adams.
That is pretty funny.
LOL, the truth hurts.
He has written on the subject previously in his books.
Being a white male in the banking sector. He was topped out and knew no more promotions were coming.
You should see it in the electric utility business.
It was extremely white, and now they’ll take any female or minority. The dumb ones go to the call center, billing, and HR. Promotions for non white males are ridiculous. I have personally seen a non white get promoted to manager with 4 years experience. Thus passing a white male with his PE and 25 years experience. Racism and sexism against white males is rampant.
This is why it’s now equity and not equal opportunity.
Most blacks and women can’t compete with white males.
That was ROFLOL funny!
My wife sent that one to me yesterday. It was great. He has made reference to that issue in the past but he went right at it by pointing out the engineer said he identified as white!
The left here is a humorless bunch of crybabies. If Adams had posted some nonsense issue about Trump, it would have run on the front page of that rag.
PING!...............
One of my favorite “thoughts” by him I implement everyday and it’s extremely helpful. Be systems oriented vs goals oriented in life. It’s worth looking into, especially if you’re somewhat compulsive in nature. Applying a system everyday versus “worrying” about the future, and the goal.
The pointy hair boss got thru college by identifying as black. LOL
...the storyline is a black engineer that is identifying as white, throwing a wrench into the company's diversity stats.
“The pointy hair boss got thru college by identifying as black. LOL”
Imagine the outrage if he had said he pulled a Liz Warren and identified as Cherokee.
I love me some Dilbert
"That's how I paid for college" is a killer line too. OMG - it's like our side is sick of liberal BS...and no one cares if we get cancelled.

I'm not sure race was his limiting factor.
Look at the executive management of any large bank - they're all available online.
There may be a little more competition than there used to be but still plenty of white males up there.
I can only go by his word on that, as I’m not in the banking sector.
I’m sure some FReeper is more qualified to speak on it.
Always looking for that thin angle to shoehorn your garbage in, eh, semi?
Adams has said many times that he was told directly to his face that it was race.
Adams: "I quit the bank when my female boss told me the order came down to not promote white men."
But you do you. 'Race was not his limiting factor - it may have been something else.'
