I feel a degree of pity for the ax man. How does a male get to be that age and still not know how to swing an ax?

I wonder if it is valid, if extreme, artistic criticism - “Your drumming sucks so much we need to ensure you can’t drum any more today.”

Was he playing Careful With That Axe, Eugene?

If it’s too loud, you’re too old.

“Looks like a hoax?”
Appears that Axman had had enough.

Yeah I doubt he would have obliged.
That doesnt mean I approve of the ax maniac.
But generally people making noise like that don’t stop when asked. They usually get offended and keep making noise, often louder than before. They never stop to think in the first place what they might want to do might bother others. They don’t think by the Golden Rule and put themselves in others shoes, would this bother me if someone next to me did this? If so, maybe not do it.
Go ask your neighbors to quiet down and see the nice responses you get. Its a wonderful pleasant experience and the always “oblige”.

I purchased my Harley Fat Bob from a woman living in Canyon Country. She was not permitted to start the bike in her own driveway and navigate the private streets to the community "gate". Too noisy. The place is full of busybodies racing around on golf carts looking to pick a fight over any perceived infraction of "the rules". I pulled across the street from her house with my F150 and a Kendon 2 rail trailer. No need to start the engine to put it up on the trailer. I would never live in such a "community".
I took the paperwork by Temecula Harley where all the maintenance had been done. They bike was originally a rental at that store. Dropped once and repaired. The woman selling it was the first owner post life as a rental. I found lots of little "repairs" that should have been done. The most serious was the rear brake caliper bolt was cross threaded on reassembly. $300 to replace the damaged part. The rest was missing covers on the swing arm, worn pegs, a scratched battery compartment cover. Little stuff.

That guy in the pic does have a certain somethin’ somethin’ goin’ on. His expression just says “Drum time is OVER”.
To: BenLurkin
As a (former) drummer myself I was always considerate of my neighbors and never started up at that hour and stopped by 8 pm.
There's respect.
And noise ordinances.

What time do you have to get up to haul and set up an entire drum kit to a park at 6:30 in the morning. It sounds like a Meth head Up All Night.

A neighbor in our little valley would drive his Harley up a steep hill at 6:50 workday mornings. On weekends, no noise at all.
Where could I rent a drumset on weekends and learn the art? ;)
