When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

I once read a book on the creation of Myers-Briggs. I forget the name and author. It is possible the book still exists with my stuff at my father’s house.
Anyway, the author argued that the test was invented by a housewife who found Jung fascinating and that it was all hokum. Her ideas were basically taken up by someone who saw marketing potential in pushing the test to companies as a way to screen employees and make a fast buck in pushing the idea that it would be a good basis for hiring and firing decisions.
There was a true story in the book that always stuck out to me. One of the big rental furniture/appliance centers fired a whole bunch of managers because they had the wrong personality. The company was bought out and new management insisted on testing all managers. Some were found not to be “sensitive” enough.
Instead of going off past performance data and how well the managers did based on retention of subordinates and how many subordinates they helped develop into managers themselves and rational stuff such as that, they decided only the results of Myers-Briggs mattered.
The company suffered a lot in terms of sales after the mass firing because the new people were incompetent and over sensitive to criticism.
One of the FOX babes took this very seriously, saying, “look at how brave those Ukrainians are.”
Seriously. How dumb do you have to be to get a job with FOX?

I also had a situation at my current workplace where they wanted us to test ourselves and then compare the results with each other on a chart. All "in fun," of course. And it was kind of interesting to see how the majority of the marketing people fell into one bucket while the creatives mostly fell into another, with a few outliers.
But now, two months later, I am seeing discussions of giving certain people projects because "their personality type is more suited to developing processes." Hmm. I think I see a pattern here. In the future, I will opt out of any personality testing just like I opted out of "vaccination."
I had that result in 2008.
My 5th MB; 3rd employer.
They were looking for an “strong leader” with “high technical capacity”.
And, it doesn’t impact my employment or financial awards.

At the state level, Colorado has two statutes that protect whistleblowers. One statute, Colorado Revised Statutes Section 24-50.5-103, protects public (state) employees, while the other statute, Colorado Revised Statutes Section 24-114-102, protects private sector employees.
For public employees, the statute provides that any employee who provides or discloses information regarding illegal policies or actions not in the public interest may not be retaliated against. This protection does not apply to:
Employees who disclose information that they know to be false or who disclose information with reckless disregard for its truth;
Employees who disclose information from public records which are closed to public inspection; or
Employees who disclose other confidential information.
A public employee must file a written complaint within 30 days from the incident of retaliation, and may file a lawsuit only if the complaint is denied.
For private employees, the statute also prevents retaliation, with exceptions similar to those listed above for public employees. However, an important requirement is that the employee must make an effort to provide the information directly to their supervisor or other internal authority before disclosing it to an outside source.
Unlike the public sector statute, private employees may bring a civil lawsuit for wrongful termination or termination in violation of public policy without going through a formal complaint process.”
