Why did Trump nominate Brett Kavanaugh to SCOTUS?? Kavanaugh was lead investigator in Vince Foster case and covered it up, meaning he was COMPROMISED when Trump picked him, but NOT because of the rape allegations; it was something much worse.
Trump should have vetted Kavanaugh. https://www.fbicover-up.com/justice-brett-kavanaugh.html
It’s important to remember that ALL THREE of Trump’s picks took a dive on investigating the election results.
They ALL betrayed him and election integrity.
Part of that must fall to Trump for lack of vetting.
You are who you hire.
You’re obviously much smarter than anyone else here. You should have your own forum where you can debate yourself.
confirmation hearings have nothing to do with it. She should have sided with Thomas and Alito on a number of cases before them and never did. She’s weak
Agreed
big move to discredit justice Kavanaugh...I think the reason is that he is a swing vote on something that somebody rich and powerful wants to control the outcome on... I expect things to get really dirty on this becouse they are digging up all the disproven alegations claiming the FBI did not investigate.
I think that was a bad call, but the courts do their damnest to stay out of elections fights. Cleaning up an election is the job of state legislatures, not the courts. So while I think that was a bad call it certainly understand why Barrett made that call.
So is Kavanaugh. These are great jurists. People seem to think that once appointed to the bench, Justices should become advocates of a particular side. That’s not how it works, and part of being a conservative Justice, and believing that the judicial branch is should be “ the least dangerous branch” as Hamilton envisioned, is that judges/justices do not get involved in political issues.
And yes, I know what I’m talking about here.
We are lucky to have these people ( I’m not sold on Roberts, as he seems to bend to political winds). If you think I’m wrong, look at how hard the libs are trying to pack the court in their direction.
Thank you for this post. I have been on Free Republic for a very long time and very seldom post.
I know for a fact that Foster was murdered (no further comment).
I am not aware of any previous dust-up between you and the Freeper community. I have a great respect for this community. That said, your connection between the Foster investigation and Kavanaugh is important. Thank you.
I also have great respect for Ambrose Evan Pritchard, Miguel Rodriguez and others who told the truth.
But the sad fact is that there are so many compromised, cowardly individuals in the halls of power that the Republic is doomed. The left believes it is within striking distance of absolute control and will stop at nothing to gain it. Think of the Schutzabteilung, Bolsheviks, etc.
We are in for a very bumpy ride. Stay close to the Lord, pray and PREPARE.
Thank you. 100% correct on all counts.
that’s because liberal judges never side with the conservatives. Only conservatives side with liberals. THAT’s the problem with this

Absolutely. We must have partisan defenders of our American Heritage or this nation will perish from the earth. There is door number 3 here in this historic battle against rampaging American marxists.
You advocate selling rope to the communists that they will use to hang us all. The libs are not trying hard at all to pack the court. They have the power to do it now. Are they? Nope. They don’t need to do that when they can buy all the rope they need from delusional Republicans.
Bttt
We must recognize that Trump is responsible for nominating these judges.
As a two-time voter for Trump, I would like to see our side hold him accountable for his hires / nominations; they have been terrible, on balance.
Judges must never be the partisan defenders of conservatism. In a democracy, we elect representatives to enact laws. Those on the bench must resist the temptation to do so. Then the unelected bench becomes the most dangerous branch when judges impose their political/social values on others.
By the way, this is what separates liberals from conservatives when it comes to the role of judges in society.
Again, I know what I’m talking about here. If you look to the judicial branch to solve your problems, you are looking in the wrong place. Elect conservative representatives to do that job.
How about nominating a judge that covered up a murder.
Being compromised is not a partisan issue, unless by partisanship, you mean he will do the bidding of those who own the dirt.
Well said, FRiend.
That said, God bless President Trump. I love him. Many good things to be said about him. Effective at personnel selections isnt one of them. Kavanaugh’s a Bushie and should not have been selected
Starting when? So far she looks like a Roberts protege.
Here here (On Kavanaugh being a Bushie).
How about...
Wray
Rosenstein
Barr
Sessions
Haspel
Horowitz
Fauci
Esper
Tillerson
All three SCOTUS picks.
Trump’s hiring decisions have been atrocious. As a supporter, I believe it’s more important to hold him accountable for these hires than to just cheer him on whenever he makes them.
He was on Cocaine Mitch’s Approved List, so it stands to reason.
