I have a very good job at a company I've worked for...for over 8 years. The Company is now requiring employees to say if they have been vaccinated or not...preparing us for our return next month and looking out for our safety... because the safety of all their employees is number one priority. If you say you have NOT been vaccinated, you will need to be tested every two weeks, wear a mask at all times, and be seated elsewhere. If you DO NOT RESPOND to the email, they will consider you UNVACCINATED. What the heck do I do at this point? This is utter evil. I can't believe I am living in this time. Any helpful responses would be appreciated.

Ironically, nobody asks about whether someone is immune or not. It’s always about getting the shot.
And yet, what is the supposed point of a vaccine? Is it not to induce immunity? so the whole focus is wrongly on the “vaccine” instead of rightly on the immunity. There are currently two different threads about breakthough cases of COVID among people who have been vaccinated.
Perhaps you could use the fact that the “vaccines” are not preventing COVID anyways, as an argument against getting one.

We take a survey every time we clock in. I've worn a mask and a N-95 mask over that for a few weeks...when this crap started.
Now just regular mask...when in Pt. room's.
I've declined the VAX 3 times now....I will not take it. I will retire if they mandate it.
I have thought of bribing the ID Nurse....I think she would do it....

Not a happy way to spend a career. I don’t know how I’d handle it if I had the misfortune of still being in the workforce. However, I grew up on the south side of Chicago and by nature don’t suffer fools gladly. Thus, certain individuals would probably rue the day they chose the behavior they did.
