My fear is any remedy that relies on the GOPe-led legislatures.
But a couple of things will make your argument more accurate and ironclad.
Viruses are dead particles. Not even dead "cells" because that would imply they were alive at one time. They are not. Germs and bacteria, yes, but not viruses.
The tests given to people are to identify if they have the virus, not Covid-19. If someone tests positive, they still may not have the covid. They have to be DIAGNOSED by a medical practitioner to determine whether they have the DISEASE Covid-19 or not. People can test positive for the virus and never get the disease Covid-19. Or they can test positive for the virus and never exhibit any symptoms or get sick.
I've read that Giuliani tested positive for the virus and was hospitalized but he may or may not have the disease Covid-19. He may have just been hospitalized as a precaution. Again he didn't TEST POSITIVE for the Covid, just the virus. The latest I read was that he was back working and feeling good.
Back to the corona virus test kits. They can be calibrated for their tolerance level. Like you said, some people can test positive who don't even have the virus (false positives). Some people can test positive and never get sick. Having such unreliable tests is the reason for the big increase in the "new cases" right now. It's all smoke and mirrors.
This whole pandemic thing has been forced on the American public by lying, cheating democRATS who want to use it for their political benefit. The mass mail-in ballots are a result of this fear-mongering. Controlling populations by the millions is tin-cup dictator shit.
Keep up the good work. Unless we all refute this BS they're spreading and engage in mass civil disobedience against the politicians' phony mandates, we will get what we deserve.

Alan Dershowitz called Ted Cruz the most brilliant law student he ever had. Cruz has argued several cases before the Supreme Court when he was solicitor general of Texas. He’s a brilliant lawyer and would make an excellent Supreme Court justice if he would ever agree to accept a nomination.

If you’d read the pleading, you’d know that Petitioners explicitly ask that it be treated as a cert petition.
“As Solicitor General, Cruz argued before the Supreme Court of the United States nine times, winning five cases and losing four. Cruz authored 70 U.S. Supreme Court briefs and presented 43 oral arguments.”
A clown? Cruz has argued and WON before SCOTUS at least six times that I know of- it might be more. People may or may not like him, but he is a serious legal scholar and would do better than most.
You can’t get it from one handshake, unless you put you finger up your face somehow. But your conspiracy engine is in commendable shape.

I’m not anti-Ted. I’m a Ted-realist. Cruz can be useful, but only if he’s forced to be. Above all, Ted is ambitious and has proven that he’s willing to abandon ‘principle’ for political advantage if the opportunity arises. I trust him only as far as his leash reaches.

My guess is that SCOTUS won’t take the cases as enough states have certified by now to give Biden the more then 270 electors he needs. Even if SCOTUS rejected the electors of a state or to, Biden would still have enough of a cushion to be over 270. And remember, that 270 number remains firm even if some states electors are tossed.
My misunderstanding, I thought it was about his son, Jordan. He must be handling things at the ACLJ.
If you want something done, better do it yourself, must be what Cruz is thinking.

When Cruz was running for President people said he was wooden in the debates, like was reading from a script.
He was. It was a script he had written in his head. He was three pages ahead and writing the next three pages as he spoke. I think he is that smart.
