Read further along in the twitter feed...

He said, “Petitioners’ legal team has asked me whether I would be willing to argue the case before #SCOTUS, if the Court grants certiorari. I have agreed, and told them that, if the Court takes the appeal, I will stand ready to present the oral argument.”

A Republican with a spine. Take a good look because they are rare birds and they don’t come around often.

I am expecting no oral arguments and that SCOTUS will rule on both the injunction and merits by the end of Tuesday based on the written arguments alone

I think we have a better than 50/50 of relief from the USSC. A ruling in favor of Trump would then allow cover for the State Legistalure...no electors being sent and PA 20 ECs will not be a factor, just run the clock out. Wolf may try some legal wrangling but it will ultimately fail. That being said we may have threaded one needle and need 2 more, Arizona looks the next decent one, then Georgia. Not so hopeful about Michigan and Wisc(which have been eerily quiet). I expect the MSM to get hysterical and star with the "Biden when he takes office needs to pack the court, they are out of control".

FWIW, that’s how I read it.

I’d prefer Sekulow.

Eight of the judges will enjoy getting to know Stephen Breyer’s replacement.

With any luck, Ted will replace Breyer before Christmas

If my memory serves me correctly (always a crap shoot), I believe that Senator Cruz has argued 9 separate case in front of the Supreme Court and has prevailed all 9 times.

Does ANYONE here recall last week when Giuliani was co-counsel as witnesses testified to fraud and ONE OF THE WITNESSES KEPT BEGGING AT THE END OF HIS TESTIMONY TO SHAKE GIULIANI'S HAND?

I thought this was really BIZARRE, save to mention this particular witness didn't really have any compelling evidence of specific fraud to begin with..

Does ANYONE here remember this moment? This "witness" was probably a PLANT serving only to transmit COVID to Giuliani via a tainted hand shake!

“Waiting on the anti Teds to speak up........”

Don’t hold your breath. A lot of them are obstinate cowards who refuse to say anything good about Cruz. They have a chip on their shoulder a mile wide.

Oh. Thanks. I only read the original tweet. Have to admit I don’t maneuver around Twitter easily. As I go down a page, it goes to the weeds, generally.

Very few people have made as many oral arguments before the Supreme Court as Ted Cruz.

I think it would be fantastic if he was able to make this case. He has won many important cases including one against the Bush administration involving the death penalty for an illegal immigrant and religious freedom cases.

He would be a powerful advocate for the President and the welfare of the American public.
