I am expecting no oral arguments and that SCOTUS will rule on both the injunction and merits by the end of Tuesday based on the written arguments alone.

The title implies that Cruz will argue the case. The truth is that he offered to do that. (Unless I’m missing something.)
What is Sekulow up to? He does great arguing in SCOTUS and has been on the Trump team.
You know it is getting real when Ted is getting involved at such a level. For anyone who had doubts about all the leftists claiming “no evience” “no fraud” ‘losing every court case” etc. Ted doesn’t get involved in something he isn’t committed to and convinced he is on very solid ground

Petitioners’ legal team has asked me whether I would be willing to argue the case before #SCOTUS, if the Court grants certiorari. I have agreed, and told them that, if the Court takes the appeal, I will stand ready to present the oral argument.

As I said last week, the bitter division and acrimony we see across the Nation needs resolution. I believe #SCOTUS has a responsibility to the American People to ensure, within its powers, that we are following the law and following the Constitution.
